No Refund Policy

This refund policy applies only to advertising, promotions, sponsored content and paid media services on The Indian Post Live.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Early campaign termination
Low traffic or engagement
User or advertiser errors

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The service was not delivered as per agreement
  • A technical issue prevented the ad from running
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment was charged
Verification Process

All refund requests are reviewed. If approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method as per your bank’s processing timelines.
