In IPL 2026 Match No. 68, Punjab Kings defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 7 wickets at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium.

Lucknow Super Giants posted a strong total in the match, with Josh Inglis scoring the highest for the team with 72 runs off 44 balls, including 9 fours and 2 sixes. Ayush Badoni also played an impressive innings, scoring 46 runs off just 18 balls at a brilliant strike rate, smashing 5 fours and 3 sixes.
After that, Abdul Samad remained unbeaten with 37 runs off 20 balls for Lucknow Super Giants, while captain Rishabh Pant scored 26 runs. However, the rest of the batting lineup failed to make much impact, with Arshin Kulkarni dismissed for 0, Nicholas Pooran scoring just 2 runs, Mukul Choudhary adding 1 run, and Arjun Tendulkar remaining not out on 5 runs.
