The match was played in New Chandigarh, where Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored the most runs for RR, smashing 97 runs off just 29 balls. RR posted a total of 243 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs.
SRH failed to chase the target and were bowled out for 196 runs in 19.2 overs.
SRH lost the match by 74 runs. With this victory, Rajasthan Royals have qualified for Qualifier 2.
RR’s next match will be against GT for a place in the final. The match between both teams will be played on Friday in New Chandigarh.
